Ashley Quiñones is the owner of Profit Max, bringing over 15 years of executive-level experience in accounting, CFO advisory, human resources, payroll, and operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling, combining strong financial expertise with a people-centered approach to business.

Throughout her career, Ashley has played an integral role in building and scaling successful companies—many of which continue to partner with Profit Max today. Known for her attention to detail and strategic insight, she specializes in developing efficient systems, strengthening financial operations, and helping business owners maximize profitability with confidence.
